Welcome to Solv, a platform built for Nigeria’s creative and entertainment industry. By accessing or using the Solv platform, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Solv.
- Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or engaging with us through a project, proposal, or contract, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply any materials or data required to complete your project
- Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed, all custom-built software, designs, and digital assets remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Final deliverables, upon full payment, become the intellectual property of the client.
- Pre-existing code or third-party tools used in projects may be governed by their own licenses.
- Payment Terms
- All fees and payment schedules will be detailed in the service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest and/or suspension of service delivery.
- All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Confidentiality
By using Solv, you agree:
- Not to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Not to attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with the platform’s processes.
Solv reserves the right to moderate and remove content or suspend users who violate these guidelines.
- Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any service
- Terminate an engagement due to breach of these Terms or contractual obligations
You may terminate services at any time in accordance with your contract. Refunds, if any, will be governed by the terms in your service agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before seeking legal remedies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or platform notices. Continued use of Solv means you accept the revised Terms.

- Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of business, profits, or data
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Errors caused by inaccurate client-provided information
Our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
